How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Supportedcultures Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Supportedcultures Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please note that Supportedcultures Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@supportedcultures.living and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Send It
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
